We utilize Shopify for our online store and Stripe as a third party payment gateway. We except all major credit cards and Apple Pay.
Refunds and exchanges must be requested 24 hours prior to your appointment.
We accept cancellations and reschedule 24 hours in advance via You Can Book Me. We do not do refunds when you cancel the same day as your appointment.
After payment, you will receive the calendar booking with all the necessary scheduling options.
We do our best to accommodate all of our clients. We value you and want to give you an awesome experience. Currently, we are taking appointments 1-2 weeks out. If you are a returning client, and you need immediate assistance, please reach out via email.
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to directly book on my calendar! This is where you will enter the information I need to do your chart(s).
